Elis James studied internationally at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and the University of Memphis, where she earned a degree in Professional Studies with a focus on Fashion Business Management. She later completed her studies at the London College of Fashion, graduating with first-class honours in Contour Design.

During her time in London, she launched a lingerie blog that chronicled visits to over fifty boutiques across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe, alongside collaborations with brands and photographers including Studio Pia, VoyeurX, and Brooklyn Boudoir. When the pandemic shifted her focus toward conversations on taboo subjects, the earliest form of TT-SUITE began to emerge.

After graduating, Elis contributed to Coco de Mer during the opening of their Knightsbridge location, refining her expertise in luxury retail and intimate client experiences. There, she guided clients who were curious but uncertain—whether selecting a first vibrator or exploring toys for shared experimentation—ensuring each interaction felt approachable, informed, and discreet.

Today, Elis extends that foundation through TT-SUITE: a destination where adults over twenty-one can explore the unconventional without judgment, and curiosity finds both discretion and design.
